Experience the healing power of Reiki! This gentle and relaxing 1 hr session can help you release stress, anxiety, release emotional and physical blockages, and relieve pain! I will guide you through the practice, ensuring you feel comfortable and safe throughout.
Reiki sessions are done out of my home. I live on an acreage about 9 miles south of Montmartre. Directions or a pin will be sent after booking.

As your doula I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the entire birthing process. This includes:

At least 2 prenatal meetings where we discuss your needs/wants for the birth, how your partner can help, practice positions and tools we can use to help labour

On call 24/7 as you get closer to due date

Continuous support through birth and delivery

Support until you and your new family are settled into Mother Baby unit

2 HR postpartum visit to check in, discuss your birth if you feel called to, and help with any quick household tasks

Postpartum Doula
$20/HR + mileage from Montmartre, SK
A postpartum doula supports you and your family practically and emotionally as you transition to a life with your newest addition. This can include:

Light housekeeping
I follow Ayurvedic practices which includes keeping you rested, warm, nourished, and bodywork.
